The Requirement:
KCM were selected to source and recruit an entire project management team to represent our client on one of the largest infrastructural projects in Ireland. The requirement consisted of a Project Director, Project Managers, Section Engineers, Foremen, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, Safety Officers, Document Controllers and other office staff.
The Method:
Our team at KCM consists of construction qualified professionals with extensive practical experience in the industry. By utilising our own database/contacts and with a targeted recruitment campaign we produced over 60 relevant candidates within a 4 week period that were selected for interview by our client.
Within this 4 week period, over 100 candidates were met by representatives of KCM, interviewed and referenced, resulting in 60 relevant candidates that were presented to our client.
All 60 interviews took place over a 6 day period and 39 candidates were selected for various roles. All 60 candidates turned up as scheduled for interview with our client and 38 of the candidates were offered and accepted roles.
The Result:
This was a highly successful process for all parties with all but one of the candidates remaining employed by the client until the project was completed. On completion of the project a number of the candidates were retained permanently by the client and the others are now working internationally.
