Office Location: Kildare

Our client is a leading international Main Contractor with offices in several European countries and North America.

Involved in heavy industrial, manufacturing and Data Centre sectors they are currently investing in a specific Preconstruction department, independently run with a responsibility for all Data Centre projects in Mainland Europe.

You will report to a Pre-construction Director and work alongside, logistics personnel, design managers, and civil/|Mech/Elec engineers prioritising the standardization of DC design/preconstruction activities up to early-stage project delivery.

Responsibilities:
Review & understand client & project milestone schedule.
Create level 1 strategic programme for leadership review.
Develop P6 contract programme compliant to client ER's.
Develop construction programme creating float to PC date.
Produce EVM strategy aligned to contract programme.
Develop sequenced BB aligned to construction programme.
Create Zoned handover plans aligned to construction programme.

Requirements:
3rd level qualification preferably in construction/engineering
P6 capability
Strong understanding and knowledge of construction delivery. Previous experience in data centre advantageous
Self-motivated and capable of leading people
Bluebeam proficient and capable of understanding construction sequencing
Manage co-ordination of master contract & construction programme.
Ensure all subcontractors delivery programme is aligned to master construction programme.
