Kevin Clair graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. Kevin worked in the Rail Industry in Germany and subsequently on multiple heavy civil engineering projects in various countries throughout Europe before founding KCM Recruitment Ltd. in 2004.

Business Development Manager

Denis Mullin graduated from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland with an Honours Degree in Surveying. Denis has extensive international experience both in construction and business development. Denis joined KCM in 2005 and is now a Director and Shareholder in the company.

Operations Director

Gerry Keigher graduated from the University of Wolverhampton, UK with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying. Gerry worked within the construction industry in Europe and Australia before entering a career in recruitment. He became a Recruitment Manager for a major international recruitment company before joining KCM in 2005. Gerry is now a Director and Shareholder of KCM Recruitment Ltd
