Civil Cuantity Surveyor

KCM has are currently recruiting for a senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a medium sized subcontractor with a desire to expand its business to a higher level.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candite as you will work directly with the owner to grow the business with the obvious potential to take stake in the business over the medium term.

They area the company focuses on is generally Civil, currently site development and roads with the intention to devote the company to be in the position to win higher value projects both as a main contractor and sub-contractor.

The role would ideally suit a QS with more than 5 years’ experience who wants to take more control over their career in the medium term and willing to put in the initial effort to do so.
