Mechanical Supervisor/Construction Manager – Data Center – Amsterdam

Opportunity to work in Amsterdam, with your own apartment provided, living allowance and return flights home every two weeks.

No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers and require a Mechanical supervisor to add to their project team on a new build Data Centre in Amsterdam

THE ROLE:

Mechanical supervisor- Data Centre - Amsterdam

DUTIES:

• Check daily safety paperwork filled by subcontractors.
• Read drawings and plan works.
• Coordinate subcontractors works with other departments.
• Make sure works are done in a safe manner.
• Check that installation on site is done as per design.
• Snagging installation and manage subcontractor to close out snags.
• Fill out quality inspections sheets of the equipment and systems.
• Sprinkler and plumbing or ventilation and cooling, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 yrs plus experience
• Strong management skills
• Either trade or professional qualification
