Mech Elec Services Coordinator

A top Tier contractor is currently seeking an experienced M&E coordinator for large scale projects in the Dublin region.

The position is immediate and would suit an experienced coordinator with a report direcly to the company MEP services manager.

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects nationwide. They specialises in all aspects of build construction including commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, industrial and fit out projects

THE ROLE:

Services Coordinator reporting to the Company MEP Services Manager

DUTIES:

Adhering to the company H&S policy.

Monitor, co-ordinate and control the flow of M&E design information to ensure the timely release of information for construction activities.

Ensuring the M&E designers identify hazards and assess risks to health and safety when designing the works.

Review M&E design information

Assist in ensuring that the M&E designers produce design development programmes which meet the needs of the contract programme, and review the programmes regularly as required.

Ensure the M&E design is validated on completion of the works.

Keep appropriate records

REQUIREMENTS:

Third level Degree in an M&E/ trade/ building services

5 yrs plus experience

Experience with Large Main Contractors

Knowledge of Revit/BIM
